The Brass Swing Wall Sconce is what happens when an industrial wall sconce is designed to be lived with. Made in brass and iron, it adds wall-level light where a floor or table lamp will not fit, and the scale has been kept sensible so it suits an ordinary home rather than a photoshoot. Oakmeregoods builds these to be used daily, not admired occasionally.
The useful part is an adjustable fit, so it suits your space rather than the other way round, hardwired installation for a clean, cord-free finish, and LED-ready wiring for low running cost and a long service life. It comes ready to install with everything included, and it has been put together to a standard that survives being moved, cleaned and used every day. Cheap alternatives cut exactly these corners, and it shows within a season.
Put it in bedrooms, hallways, living rooms and vanity areas. It is deliberately easy to place: the finish is neutral enough to live with what you already own, and it does not lock you into a particular look for the rest of the room. Switch the power off at the breaker before fitting, and use a qualified electrician where your local code requires one. Returns are straightforward if it turns out not to be the one.
