How your order ships

Items are sent from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, and some orders may arrive in more than one package.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or events outside our control.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
